The ARC exists to apply community unity wide standards to home improvement projects. This allows for a standard aesthetic within the neighborhood. It's important for neighbors to respect this process, which means you should review the appropriate documents about what is and is not allowed. Additionally, submission of ARC requests is expected prior to initiation of exterior house and landscaping updates. Homeowners should understand that ARC decisions are binding based on HOA covenants. Additionally, ARC still maintains control over covenantal items even if the homeowner fails to submit an ARC request.
